Crew Leaders
$17.00 to $23.00 plus mileage
Minimum Job Requirements:
Current valid Drivers license and dependable van or truck. Basic "handyman level" tools. Candidate should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly but with quality. Candidate should have good craftsman skills with preferred work in drop or suspension ceilings (Preferred but not required, we will train a quality candidate). Candidate is punctual, has good customer service skills, and good speaking skills. Candidate must effectively and positively manage crews of 2 to 4 technicians, communicate with customers, and be responsible for company property. Candidates must have the ability to fulfill all job functions and physical requirements of maintenance technicians (see description below).
If we recognize a good candidate for a crew leader we will train and sponsor them to obtain the necessary insurance and licensing obligations in order to operate as an authorized Ceiling Pro sub-contractor. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus, and previous experience with drop or suspended ceilings a plus but not required!!
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise, train, and work with crew in making sure all tasks on work orders are done efficiently with high quality workmanship. Crew sizes depend on productivity, crews generally range from 2 to 4 people. This will include assigning tasks and inspecting work, and managing job site in order to complete work orders. Supervise all activities of maintenance technicians to ensure they work cleanly, safely, and properly completing assigned tasks to complete work orders. Crew leaders are responsible for supplies and equipment, inventories, crew members, training of technicians, proper procedures, and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with our service. They do this by arriving at a job site at scheduled time and reviewing the work order with the job site manager. Crew leaders are responsible for the safety and security of the job site during and at the conclusion of the job. During a job a crew leaders will supervise and perform cleaning, maintenance, minor repairs, and other assigned duties. At the conclusion of jobs a crew leader is responsible for recording work completed and submitting paperwork.
Physical Functions:

- Ability to stand, repeatedly climb, and work from a ladder for 3 to 6 hours. (This work requires eye-hand coordination, and will require climbing a ladder)
- Ability to climb a ladder to clean and perform maintenance.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
- Ability to bend at waist with some twisting.
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
Maintenance Technicians
$10.00 to $15.00 Per Hour
Carry out all general ceiling cleaning and maintenance.
Essential Job Functions:
Hand Cleaning with low pressure Spray Solution and hand towels
- Ceiling Tiles
- HVAC Vents and Air Ducts
- Ceiling Light Lenses and Housings
- Perform preventative and general ceiling maintenance
- Assist with minor repairs to drop/suspended ceiling systems, replace ceiling tiles, replace light bulb tubes, replace lighting canisters, and occasional painting.
- Install grid cap cover
- Other Job Functions:
- Assist and take instructions from Crew Leader
- Responsible for working cleanly, efficiently, and safely.
- Assist Crew in completing work orders cleanly, efficiently, and safely.
